The new Fuji XPC Gravity Spray Gun features a side pattern control knob to adjust the size of the fan from small to large and any size in between. The pattern control knob allows you to adjust to the exact size of the object you are spraying. This is a tremendous improvement over the antiquated 'collar' pattern adjustment still used on most HVLP turbine guns that do not provide fully incremental sizes. Other desirable features include 100% stainless fluid components, stainless springs, metal knobs and collar, ergonomic handle that is always cool to the touch. 400Cc (a little less than 1 pint) gravity cup is installed – this is the ideal size for medium-sized projects such as cabinets, furniture etc. 1.4mm Aircap Set #4 is installed – perfect size for most fine-finishing.
With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

you get what you pay for
I use an hvlp spray system to seal decorative concrete. Previously using a campbell hausfeld canister gun which had two key problems- the canister was often getting in the way when trying to shoot in hard to get places; and it was a cheap assembly that would begin to break down after 3 months. but it was cheap so replacing was no big deal. I had been looking at this gun for about 6 months and when another cheapo CH gun was dying again, I decided to take the plunge. So far I have not been disappointed- used for 2 months now. the fan is very consistent and the adjustments to tweak fan and material volume are really convenient. Clean up is super easy- whether I am using a solvent based sealer, or water based, I just shoot a canister of water through it, followed by a mix of acetone and water- don't even break the gun down. Only thing I've noticed is two times something dried inside the gun between usages when the gun had sat for sometime- maybe a week. So I ran some acetone/h2o...

No more Clumsy
I have been using a Fuji 1 quart siphon cup gun but I was prone to touch my work piece with the bottom of the large cup while spraying, but now that is not a problem with the smaller gravity mounted above the trigger out of the way and the gun works great.
Really nice gun for many different uses
I'm very impressed with this gun to say the least. Fuji put a lot of thought into making this gun. It is ballanced very nicely thanks to the lower profile cup. The adjustments work great and you can get a really fine spray with this gun. Every part is precision engineered on this thing. It just feels quality in your hands. Some people have complained about the cup lid leaking. Occasionally I have this problem and I just give it a little extra twist and it stops. Most gravity gun cups are designed identical to this and have the same problem. Its not unique to this gun. You can get a 1qt siphon cup and adapter to fit this gun for under 50 bucks at a couple of spray equipment websites online. Air caps are reasonably priced and excellent quality.
